Return and Exchange Policy•Exchange or return is only available if the mistake is from the store, such as:•Receiving an abaya that does not match the displayed picture.•Receiving a different size from the requested size.•Loose threads or simple threads are not considered a defect and are regarded as a natural part of the fabric.•Slight color variation caused by lighting or differences in device screens is not considered a defect.•Custom-made abayas or those that have been modified upon the customer's request (such as length adjustment, sleeves, or embroidery) are not eligible for exchange or return under any circumstances.•The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, with the tag attached, and no labels removed.•The exchange or return request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order, with clear photos attached, and the acceptance is subject to the store team’s evaluation.•The store is not responsible for shipping delays after the order has been handed over to the shipping company.•If the customer refuses to receive the order without a valid reason, they will bear all shipping costs.•If it is proven that the mistake is from the store, the store will only cover the shipping costs.
